Track Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also find it any time under Account → Orders, or reply to your confirmation email and we will look it up for you.

Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to show activity after dispatch — this is normal for cross-border parcels.

If tracking has not updated for 5 or more days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier right away.
