If your product develops a tear, run or hole within 90 days of delivery during normal wear — not from sharp objects or accidents — we will replace it free of charge, once per product.

This guarantee applies to every item carrying the Durability Guarantee badge on its product page.

Email support@example.com with your order number, a photo of the damage and a one-line description. No return shipping needed for most claims — we typically replace first and verify after.

Claims are answered within 1-2 business days, and replacements ship within 2 business days of approval.
