How can I place an order? Simply add items to your cart and check out — no account required. You will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order? We can change or cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best.

Where do you ship? We currently ship across Europe, with more regions coming soon.

How long does delivery take? Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days, express 2-4 business days, after a 1-2 day processing time.

How much is shipping? Standard shipping is a flat €8.00 and express is €18.00. Rates for other regions are shown at checkout.

What is your return policy? You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns page for details.
